Return Policy for Manufacturing Defects

At Yess & Claire, each piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your purchase completely.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly make it right.

Eligibility:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.

• This policy applies only to manufacturing defects, not to damages resulting from normal wear, misuse, or accidents.

How It Works:

1. Email us at yessandclaire@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.

2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

3. After we receive and inspect your product, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Note:

• Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
